VIP Diagnostic Imaging is a private diagnostic imaging company based out of Irving, Texas. Led by certified and very experienced staff, VIP offers a range of portable diagnostic services. On this project I took a straightforward approach to make the process of scheduling an appointment and finding basic information easy for users. With the help of a Wufoo contact form patients can now submit requests and set appointments online and with a professional site VIP's web presence lives up to their great service.
